Made-to-order production
Production timing for made-to-order items is stated in the order details and is separate from carrier transit. A carrier estimate begins after the parcel is dispatched.
Processing and carrier transit
Allow 1–3 business days for dispatch processing once an item is ready to ship. Standard carrier transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and do not indicate a particular warehouse location.
Destinations and charges
Standard shipping is free for eligible addresses in the contiguous U.S. and D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are outside this standard service. Any available delivery service and charge must be shown before payment.
Tracking and delivery concerns
Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact us with your order reference and relevant photographs or tracking information. Weather, holidays and carrier disruption may affect delivery.
Shipping delays
If a stated shipping date cannot be met, we will provide an updated estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a refund.

Request corrections promptly. A change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
