Return condition
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete with their original accessories and packaging, and in a condition suitable for inspection. Retain your order reference.

Contact us before ordering any personalized or individually specified configuration to review the applicable return conditions. This does not limit support for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Where we confirm a defect, transit damage or an incorrectly supplied item, we arrange the appropriate remedy and any required return shipping. Do not use a business contact address as a return destination unless it is included in your return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. A bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact our team with your order reference, a description of the concern and photographs where relevant. Keep the item and packaging while the request is reviewed.
